About Natural Crystals
Actual product photography: All products on this website are photographed individually and are actual items. Due to differences in color display and shooting light on each computer/mobile phone screen, slight color differences are normal. The actual product shall prevail.
Natural markings: Natural crystals, formed by geological processes over hundreds of millions of years, exhibit natural ice cracks, clouds, mineral deficiencies, inclusions, or tiny polishing marks. These are unique characteristics of natural gemstones and are not considered defects.
Size and weight variations: Manual measurement and weighing may result in reasonable minor discrepancies (sizes are usually within ±0.5mm, and weight is for reference only).
Free wrist size adjustment service: Our store offers a free minor wrist size adjustment service. If you need an adjustment, please add the item to your shopping cart and enter your net wrist size (cm) in the order remarks field. Any excess crystal beads removed during the adjustment will be sent back to you along with the bracelet in the package.

Shipping Arrangements and Delivery
Fast shipping: After payment is completed, we commit to packaging and delivering to SF Express within 48 hours for dispatch. (Excluding public holidays, typhoons/rainstorms, or major events)
Free shipping offer: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over HK$600; for orders below this threshold, shipping will be "SF Express freight collect" by default.
Order tracking: After dispatch, the system will send the SF Express tracking number via email, allowing you to check the delivery status at any time.
* Logistics claims: Once the package is dispatched, SF Express is responsible for its delivery. In the unfortunate event of damage or loss during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Our customer service will do their best to assist you in tracking and claiming compensation from SF Express.
